To read the presentation, as usual, we have to provide our email. It’s a common request for LeapFX. They’ll send a lot of spam about their products. To avoid it, you need to provide a fake email.
The Fund Trader is a robot that belongs to the LEAPFx family. The presentation includes minimal information about the system. The main statement is long, but its core is “Verified 29,000% Profit Brokerage Statement & Invites You To Copy His Trades In Your Account So You Too Can Enjoy His Future High-Yield Returns!” We’re here to help you to figure out what’s going on.
The Fund Trader: To Trust or Not to Trust?
Trust requires extended information, trading results, and at least feedback from those who really use the system to make profits and who succeeded with this.
Features
We have some details explained, but this is not enough to understand the system:
- The system can work automatically for us.
- We don’t know if this is an EA or signals from a master account.
- We have no idea what the strategies behind the system because the developers decided not to disclose them.
- The system allows working with eighteen currency pairs plus Gold.
- The time frame is a secret too.
- The developers insisted that the robot doesn’t run risky strategies like Grid or Martingale.
- We can start trading without extra experience or knowledge.
- The system doesn’t require us to deposit much in trading if we short in money.
- The offer includes a refund policy if we are not happy with the received results.
- The system can make stress-free profits.
- The presentation focuses on hype and an emotional side over the facts and real details.
There are two packages offered. The three-month rental option costs $297. The annual rental option costs $597. Both packages include The Fund Trader Auto Software, free updates, customer support, best recommendations, and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Verified Trading Results
The Fund Trader doesn’t have backtests on the site. It’s suspicious because the developers had to execute them before the system was released. If they cover them from us, it’s a bad sign. Lacking them provides us with no information about the efficacy of the trading approaches it used in the past.
The system is set at the real USD account on the MultiBank broker. The broker choice is weird. We’ve never seen developers use it, especially on the real account. The leverage is set at 1:100. The trading goes on the MetaTrader 4 platform. The account has a verified track record. The account was created on July 27, 2016. It was deposited at $39,542 and withdrawn at $99,003. The absolute gain is 105,840.01%.
The advisor has traded 733 deals with 37,403.7 pips traded. An average win is 77.44 pips when an average loss is almost the same -78.69 pips. The accuracy rate is 84% for Longs and 81% for Shorts. An average trade length is five hours and forty-two minutes. The profit factor is 4.59.
The robot works with many symbols focusing on AUDCHF, AUDJPY, CHFJPY, EURAUD, EURCHF, EURGBP, EURJPY, GBP/AUD, GBPCHF, GBPJPY, and Gold. The most traded currency pair is CHF/JPY – 106 deals. The most profitable is Gold – $62,604.
It trades mostly during European trading hours.
The robot focuses on opening trades in the first half of the week.
The risks are unfriendly. The system needs to lose only 54 orders to lose 20% of the balance.
The advisor is designed to use various Lot Sizes for each currency pair. So, the symbols are not equal. The system executes a Grid strategy adding Martingale when it decides. We don’t know how the system decides when it’s time for Martingale.
The robot has started running the account with high risks from March 2021. It’s a bad sign because the monthly profit of an average month trading with low risks is mediocre.
Vendor Transparency
The presentation has an acceptable level of transparency because we have trading results on a real account, but we don’t have social network links of the developer, backtest reports, and people feedback.
People feedback
The presentation doesn’t include testimonials. As well, we couldn’t find its profile on Trustpilot or Forex Peace Army. The system is new. Probably, people have not yet got enough experience and trading results to share with us.
Other notes
The main page of the LeapFX site includes two just released systems:The Fund Trader and Easy Money X-Ray Robot.
