Qorvo, a leading provider of connectivity and power solutions, has recently finalized a deal with contract manufacturer Luxshare Precision Industry. Under this agreement, Luxshare will acquire two of Qorvo’s assembly and test facilities located in Beijing and Dezhou, China. The transaction is expected to be completed by the first half of 2024.

This collaboration strengthens Qorvo’s supply chain, expanding its capabilities to better serve customers around the globe.
Despite the transfer of these facilities, Qorvo remains committed to its customer base in China. The company will continue to retain its sales, engineering, and customer support employees to ensure a seamless transition and maintain its dedication to serving customers effectively.
Qorvo’s CEO, Bob Bruggeworth, expressed confidence in Luxshare’s manufacturing competency and extensive scale. He believes that Luxshare’s involvement will contribute to the continuity and quality of Qorvo’s products. This partnership marks another significant milestone for Qorvo as it strives to deliver exceptional solutions to its customers.
